Brockbourne & Oakhurst House is a flagship 1980s office development offering approximately 95,000 sq ft of commercial office space in Tunbridge Wells. Initially appointed to produce a pre-acquisition report, Regency Grove was subsequently appointed as Project Manager, Employer’s Agent and Quantity Surveyor to realize the client’s vision of achieving Net-Zero Carbon Emissions and improved EPC standards whilst enhancing the amenity and office spaces.

The project encompasses the phased refurbishment of office and communal spaces while maintaining operations for incumbent tenants. Extensive MEP validations and Asset Performance Analysis guided the design process, identifying key upgrades to decarbonize the asset.

Regency Grove is providing Project Management and Employer’s Agent services which has involved negotiating a JCT Design & Build contract for the works and acting as the client’s key advisor throughout. Quantity Surveying services are also provided ensuring accurate cost planning and commercial management throughout the course of the project.
