Regency Grove were appointed to oversee a demise split on behalf of our client who wished to sub-let part of their office space at Cardinal Place in Victoria. The demise split of the existing office space included refurbishment of the break out space, alterations to power supplies, re-balancing the mechanical installation and submeter installation.

Regency Grove worked along side our client, the Landsec Property Asset Managers and the new incoming tenant to ensure works were planned and procured to meet strict lease and licence time lines. All works were carried out within a live occupied building and in line with Landec’s London Office fit-out guide.
