Over the years, Regency Grove has supported Christie’s with a range of projects, including office refurbishments, new galleries, warehouse reconfigurations, cyclical masonry repairs and redecorations, Reinstatement Cost Assessments, Dilapidations and Licence to Alter services.

the ground floor offices into the prestigious
St James’ Gallery. This transformation was

with Christie’s bespoke sales calendar,
ensuring a seamless integration of
functionality and elegance for this historic

external consultants and key internal
stakeholders during the phased delivery of
the Basement Warehouse Refurbishment.
