As one of the world’s most renowned auction houses, Christie’s has been a cornerstone of King Street, St James’s, since 1823, operating from a Grade II Listed Building. Over the years, Regency Grove has supported Christie’s with a range of projects, including office refurbishments, new galleries, warehouse reconfigurations, cyclical masonry repairs and redecorations, Reinstatement Cost Assessments, Dilapidations and Licence to Alter services.

A highlight of our work includes converting
the ground floor offices into the prestigious

Regency Grove’s Building Consultancy Team have provided more recently Project Management and Contract Administration services which involved co-ordinating external consultants and key internal
stakeholders during the phased delivery of the Basement Warehouse Refurbishment. This included cost planning, tendering and acting as the clients key advisor throughout.
