privately owned financial institutions.

Regency Grove was appointed by the Building
owner and occupier to manage a two-phase
refurbishment of the Partner’s Room, waiting
area, historic Banking Hall, and Entrance Hallway. The works included upgrading technical services, restoring historic timber floors, panelling and joinery, refurbishing period metalwork, and installing new acoustic ceilings.

A full design team oversaw the project,
ensuring meticulous attention to heritage
details. The phased programme was carefully
planned and executed, allowing the client to
maintain uninterrupted operations throughout, delivering a restored space that
balances tradition and modernity.

Regency Grove’s Building Consultancy Team has provided continued Project Management and Contract Administration services which involved a traditional single stage competitive tender process for the works and acting as the client’s key advisor throughout. Quantity Surveying services were also provided ensuring accurate cost planning and commercial management throughout the course of the project.
