Occupying a Grade II* listed building dating back to 1829, this historic private bank in the City of London is one of the world’s oldest privately owned financial institutions.

Regency Grove was appointed by the Building
owner and occupier to manage a two-phase
refurbishment of the Partner’s Room, waiting
area, historic Banking Hall, and Entrance Hallway. The works included upgrading technical services, restoring historic timber floors, panelling and joinery, refurbishing period metalwork, and installing new acoustic ceilings.
