This project involves the construction of 92 new-build dwellings across three phases, transforming a former landfill site into a vibrant rural development amidst open countryside. The design incorporates a feature pond, large open and communal spaces, and homes with EPC ‘A’ ratings, reflecting a focus on sustainability and community living.

Phase 1 has been successfully completed, with Phase 2 currently underway. Regency Grove provided project monitoring services to ensure the effient delivery of this ambitious development, balancing environmental remediation with the creation of high-quality homes and amenities for future residents.
