Regency Grove building consultancy team was appointed by a prominent financial institution to project manage the conversion of existing dated offe space into three sets of new high end client facing meeting rooms.

The works also included the refurbishment and installation of new seamless feature lighting ceiling raft through a central corridor leading to each of the new meeting rooms.

Regency Grove worked with a full design team comprising of a lead architect, interior designer, lighting consultant, M&E Consultant, Structural Engineer and specialist internal stakeholders who coordinated various technical and operational aspects of the fit out to ensure maticulous attention to detail in the final finishes.
