Located on Piccadilly within Westminster’s
Regent Street Conservation Area, The Dilly Hotel is a Grade II Listed landmark building. The 283-bedroom hotel underwent a phased internal and external refurbishment. Key works included asbestos removal, fire and life safety upgrades, structural and heritage repairs, and a light-touch refurbishment of bedrooms and common areas, as well as a re-branding scheme.

The project also involved securing planning and Listed Building Consents for comprehensive window replacements, façade restoration, and roof repairs.

Regency Grove managed the project on behalf of an internationally renowned hotel investment company, ensuring the property’s historical integrity was preserved while delivering modern enhancements. The hotel remained occupation throughout the works which required intestive stakeholder management undertaken by Regency Grove.
